Job Description:
Warehouse Associate
- POSITION OVERVIEW
finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse, receiving and staging areas.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Receive incoming shipments and compare items to work orders provided by supervisor.
Count items to ensure that correct number have been received.
Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas and storage
activities.
Operate forklifts to pick heavy boxes and transport them to checking/ storage areas
Assist in loading and unloading trucks and determining safe ways of stacking items on
the truck and retrieving items in a safe manner.
Trace missing or lost items/shipments.
Route products to department.
Ensure that all materials and ingredients are entered into Navision system immediately
upon receipt.
2.2 Quality and Customer Focus
Ensures product quality by practicing and enforcing QA, HACCP, Food Safety, and ISO
requirements in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Follow all SOPs and Standard Work documentation processes and tasks for warehouse
operations.
2.3 Safety & Environment
Adhere to all safety practices and protocols related to job responsibilities and tasks
including wearing all PPE when handling chemicals.
Act in accordance with company policies related to personal and group health and safety
practices and procedures.
2.4 Continuous Improvement
Engage in permanent and continuous learning by participating in on-job, internal and/or
Actively participate in continuous improvement programs such as coaching sessions,
sharing of knowledge and skills, and contributing to team efforts to achieve assigned
balanced scoreboard goals.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
on inventory control.
Forklift license.
Numerical ability.
Highly organized with excellent time management/priority setting skills and knows how to
make the right decisions.
Experience in a culturally diverse work environment.
with Navision preferred.
