As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performance of our production team. You will play a pivotal role in ultimately driving customer satisfaction

Opportunity:

Competitive pay starting at 80,000.00

What you would do:

Provide leadership to the productions team to complete specific projects
Be the liaison between the team of foremen and the general manager
Ensure that a projects are adequately staffed
Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
Ensuring quality work and safe practices
Use our internal custom software daily
Planning, budgeting and staying on timeline

This individual must:

MUST have min 5 years of experience in leadership role
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Excellent leadership and customer service skills and integrity are crucial
Individual must have a valid driver's license
Strong computer skills
Ability to read construction drawings and specs _preferred_
Ability to organize a work schedule
Like to consult and help people
