Job Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Nurse Call & RTLS Specialist/Technician is responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies including but not limited to RTLS and nurse call systems
Responsibilities:
- Design, Program, Service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems
- Diagnosing and Troubleshoot issues with the network electronic systems and software
- Commission frontend workstations & servers
- Diagnosing and Troubleshoot issues with the network electronic systems and software
- Ability to troubleshoot existing installations or utilize asbuilt drawings and documentation where available to correct deficiencies and repair systems without supervision
- Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems
- Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on time and in a professional way
- Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair and emergency service calls
- Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the company's team of managers, engineers, and technicians; the client; and consulting engineers
- Effectively communicate and maintain project status with Management, Contractors, and Customer.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent jobrelated knowledge
- Must have a minimum 3 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems
- Must be computer literate, have networking ability and a good knowledge of operating systems
- Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently
- System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in system integration, network topology and Virtual Environment.
- Experience with Information Communication Technology design in the health care environment.
- Experience in delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions
- Technical writing skills to support documentation of problem resolution / solution improvement
- Knowledge of technology deployed in the Health Care environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred

The hourly range is
$28-$50.
