Description

In this role, you will support our busy finance team with daily treasury tasks including depositing cheques, setting up bank account transfers, setting up bill payments and wires, and distributing banking reports.

You will manage banking administration, opening new accounts and will be in charge of closing old accounts.

You will assist with filing routine reports, drafting letters and corporate resolutions, and assisting with various other administrative and financial tasks.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with light bookkeeping is an asset. This is an in-office role located in our Vancouver office.

Who You Are


You have experience working in a similar role and have working knowledge of MS Office Suite products with proficiency in Excel and Word.

You take pride in your work, making sure all the details are taken care of. You are well organized, self-motivated and thoughtful.

You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in written form. Bonus points if you have experience with Sage 300 CRE or any other accounting software.

Finally, you get things done. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and make time to build relationships with your fellow colleagues.
