Transaction/ Sales Coordinator - Real Estate - Laval, QC


About the Position:


A Real Estate company located in Laval QC is seeking an efficient and proactive Transaction Coordinator to join their team.

As a Transaction coordinator, otherwise known as Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales initiatives of our real estate brokers.


Job Details:


  • Location
    : 100% In office position
  • Office located in Laval, QC. Next to a metro station.
  • Salary: $41,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience
  • Full time, 95, Mon-Fri
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in the field of real estate, sales coordination or in a notary office is required

Responsibilities:


  • Provide valuable assistance to sales team members by coordinating various activities involved in real estate transactions.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and processing of each step in the sales files.
  • Coordinate appointments, property visits, and customer meetings to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with different team departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Offer general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in real estate industry or transaction/sales coordinator role notary office is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent at multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Proficiency with technology and easily adaptable to new softwares
