We're looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager with a unifying, positive attitude who will ensure the smooth running of this department's operations by working closely with the Manager.

This energetic person, who inspires by example, ensures that all quality standards are met, thus actively contributing to a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Participate in workforce planning, resource management and timesheet approval.
  • Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with standards of cleanliness; safety and facility policies.
  • Place orders for everything you can find in the rooms.
  • Participate in initiatives to maintain team motivation and productivity and promote a stimulating work environment.
  • Be responsible for complaint management.
  • Maintain all equipment related to housekeeping.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Hotel management degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 6 years' relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in the hotel industry
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure, to adapt, to distribute and organize tasks and to manage time effectively, especially during busy periods
  • Natural ability to communicate, inspire and mobilize teams bringing together individuals from different cultures
