Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Job Scope:
As an IT Project Coordinator at CES Transformers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with management and stakeholders to create detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication among project stakeholders, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Documentation: Maintain precise project records, including meeting notes, project timetables, and progress updates.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate project risks, devising strategies to mitigate them for successful project completion.
- Resource Coordination: Efficiently allocate and oversee resources in coordination with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, key metrics, budget usage, and resource allocation.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing any potential delays.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, including technical obstacles, conflicts, or delays.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the project management framework.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience as a Project Coordinator in the IT industry or manufacturing.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft office.
Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
