What you will do

As a talent leader, this individual's focus will be on the coaching and development of their team and fostering a culture of high performance, team engagement and care for our customers
Manage the workload and workflow of the unit to meet predetermined turnaround and quality standards
Lead problem resolution and respond to customer complaints working closely with Plan Sponsors, Plan Members and other leaders across Business Development and Freedom Experience
Monitor and report on results including variance explanation and recommendations for continuous improvement

What you will bring

Experience with group enrolment and eligibility rules
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Demonstrated strong ability to develop, coach and motivate a team
Ability to adapt to change and lead others through change
Ability to lead and manage within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
Customer focused with strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

The position would be hybrid and located in Winnipeg.
