Restaurant Manager

Duties:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create and implement policies and procedures to improve restaurant efficiency
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle highpressure situations and make quick decisions
Proficient in supervising staff and managing schedules
Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is beneficial
Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling, storage, and preparation techniques

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$16.50-$17.00 per hour
