As an Investor Services Associate at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will:

  • Be an important member of a tight-knit team of experienced, qualified professionals who perform as an extension of the client's finance team.

  • Work with Hedge Fund & Private Equity fund structures.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents according to funds offering documents and appropriate tax and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Validate and release investor communications and statements.
  • Review and process capital calls, commitments, and distributions according to fund documents.
  • Communicate with investors and investment managers as necessary
  • Prepare and facilitate processing wires for redemptions and distributions as required.
  • Responding to adhoc reporting requests as required by clients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Desired skills and experience

  • Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change
  • Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are a plus
