Job Title
2023 CFO, Fall Financial Analyst (8 Months)
What will you do?
- Assisting with the preparation and review of reconciliations and journals for monthend closing.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting templates.
- Preparing standards of documentation packages for GL/ Transits to substantiate the month end balances, attest on the GL Attestation system to ensure the month end balances are completed accurately and assist with investigating the breaks.
- Submitting request for opening operating units and GL accounts
- Preparing fixed asset templates for quarterly reporting.
- Ensuring global financial control policies are in place and adhered to, including SOX & EUC compliance.
- Actively look for streamlining opportunities and low value activities that can be discontinued or improved.
- Assisting with adhoc projects as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to multitask
- Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience identifying and resolving control issues

Job Summary
- This position will support various aspects of the financial cycle including, but not limited to, month end closing, General Ledger Attestation and financial reporting.
- The individual will provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts and preparing financial information and standard of documentation packages.
