Job Title
2023 CFO, Fall Financial Analyst (8 Months)

What will you do?

Assisting with the preparation and review of reconciliations and journals for monthend closing.
Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting templates.
Preparing standards of documentation packages for GL/ Transits to substantiate the month end balances, attest on the GL Attestation system to ensure the month end balances are completed accurately and assist with investigating the breaks.
Submitting request for opening operating units and GL accounts
Preparing fixed asset templates for quarterly reporting.
Ensuring global financial control policies are in place and adhered to, including SOX & EUC compliance.
Actively look for streamlining opportunities and low value activities that can be discontinued or improved.
Assisting with adhoc projects as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
Team player with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and to multitask
Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience identifying and resolving control issues

Job Summary

This position will support various aspects of the financial cycle including, but not limited to, month end closing, General Ledger Attestation and financial reporting.
The individual will provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts and preparing financial information and standard of documentation packages.
