**: Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy. The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.

Schedule:
permanent part-time night position 4/14, every other weekend


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
  • Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the oncall nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Formation of PDSB
  • Uptodate CPR/AED general first aid training
  • Law 90 training (an asset)
