A career as a Business Analyst in the Collection/Recovery Risk IT Delivery team at National Bank is acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams.


You will act in agile mode, and you will be a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors.


This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis skills, which will contribute to the implementation of new technologies.


Your job

  • Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables
  • Define scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes based on Bank mapping practices
  • Perform highlevel, detailed impact analysis from all angles of the process with the help of experts
  • Define, identify user test scenarios, and support users in operational transfer
  • Make proposals for change management strategy to solution users.

Within an experienced team dedicated to the success of the delivery teams, (Delivery Risk Collection/ Recovery), you contribute to projects in a multidisciplinary team.

You report to the Manager, Asset Management - IT Delivery Risk Collection/Recovery Asset Management.

Prerequisites

  • Industryrelated university degree with several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a technologybased ecosystem
  • Experience in endtoend business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling,
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence,).
