Gyro Mazda is currently seeking a dedicated
BDC/Service Appointment Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass managing scripted calls, both incoming and outgoing, and arranging as well as verifying service appointments for our esteemed customers.
Moreover, you'll play a vital role in conducting subsequent follow-up calls to ensure that customers enjoyed a top-notch experience during their service appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up calls
- Assist inperson customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in similar role considered an asset

Job Types:

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
