About the Opportunity:

About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

Graduate of a post-secondary secretarial or office administration program required
Experience with scheduling systems an asset
Minimum of two years recent clerical experience in a health care environment required; staffing environment preferred
Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required
Ability to work under pressure of time limitations is required
Working knowledge of staffing guidelines and collective agreements preferred
Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player
Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
An equivalent combination of Education and Experience may be considered.

Hours:

Permanent Fulltime position; 75 hours biweekly
Shifts include days, nights, and weekends
Travel to various sites may be required

Compensation and Incentives:

- $20.37-$25.46 Hourly
