AIMCo's is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Communications Manager, Strategic Enablement, to join our team. As a leader in our industry, we are committed to providing exceptional service for our clients.

With a strong emphasis on communications and brand reputation, we are looking for a skilled professional who can play a key role in organizational change across AIMCo.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive change across key portfolios, including Investment Strategies, Business Transformation, and HR Strategies.
  • Effectively convey the rationale, objectives, and benefits of organizational change initiatives to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with change management teams, executive management, and crossfunctional departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Create compelling and engaging communication campaigns that capture the attention and interest of the target audience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather information, understand their needs, and address concerns.
  • Expertly use a multichannel communications approach, leveraging digital platforms, video, presentations, written materials, and facetoface interactions, to deliver key messages effectively.
  • Create clear, concise key messages related to change.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjusting as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.
  • Proactively identify potential communication challenges and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communications and change management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Certification in Change Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in change communications, preferably within a corporate environment or consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to effectively translate complex concepts into clear and engaging communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change communication strategies and plans that support organizational objectives.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing resistance and effectively managing communication challenges during change.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced, evolving environment, with a passion for driving change and fostering a positive change culture.
