Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together


Your role will be to ensure the digitization of medical records and results as well as the distribution of physical records and medical reports and results as well as the distribution of physical records and medical reports.

You will assist different departments by performing various administrative support tasks. You will need to maintain a tracking system and keep it up to date on a daily basis. You will have to open electronic files and attach medical documents to them with extreme care.


Here's how

  • Scan a large volume of files
  • Take out, distribute and classify medical files
  • Download medical results into the computer database
  • Update our database to maintain the traceability of files
  • Sort, distribute and classify medical reports, mail or any communication addressed to clinic staff
  • Other administrative tasks such as; preparation of files, photocopies, fax, send documents, etc

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position or in office work
  • Experience in a computerized environment (databases, reports)
  • Thorough, methodical, detailoriented
  • Respect of confidentiality
  • Selfdirected and organized
  • Focused on excellence in customer service
