Position Overview:
**
Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaise with Project Managers, and cross functional teams to collect project level data, build integrated program reports and support change management activities.
  • Track key program issues, risks, risk responses and triggers and proactively flag to Program Managers and key stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Schedule Program meetings, prepare meeting agendas, capture and distribute minutes to ensure alignment on meeting outcomes.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure action items are appropriately closed.
  • Support preparation and distribution of program status reports, integrated program schedules, team communications, and collate presentation materials as required.
  • Support the development and maintenance of key Program artifacts such as Program Charter, Weekly / Monthly Program Dashboards, Program Financial Reports, Program Changes Management & Tracking, Communications Plans, and Risks-ActionsIssues-Decision Log
  • Own Program document management; establish structure and maintain document repository in alignment with Program Office standards.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with varying priorities.
  • Hold cross functional partners accountable for the execution of Program deliverables and providing timely updates.
  • Completion of postsecondary education in a related field, combined with a 2 to 5 years of Project / Program Coordinator experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and MS Project.
  • Must have a high degree of motivation with a strong Customer focus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to cater communications to audience needs / expectations.
  • Strong sense of urgency, with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and able to pivot and adjust quickly to accommodate program or organization changes.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks across multiple programs concurrently.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in peer roles and / or senior roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to foster collaboration across functional departments and build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications Industry (Wireless or Wireline / Fibre) is considered an asset
  • Project Management certification is considered an asset (but not required)
  • Experience with SAP and/or other financial reporting systems an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English an asset.
