Overview:


As the Territory Manager - Residential Sales for the East Coast of the United States, you will report to the Director of Residential Sales, North America, and be responsible for developing the residential strategy and managing the residential dealers' accounts.

You will build a strong understanding of the market and work closely with key cross-functional teams to ensure the right products and services are in place for successful execution of the regional residential strategy.


Responsibilities:


Key Accountabilities:


  • Create demand for Vicwest residential products by targeting roofing and siding contractors, general contractors, builders, designers, architects, dealers, and end users
  • Manage existing business and target new business with key product initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional support to execute business processes that enable demand

Major Responsibilities:


  • Manage and support the local dealers' network
  • Prospect residential and light commercial business to ensure visibility for our residential product lines
  • Solicit interest in our Residential True Nature Roofing Metal Tile and Bellara siding programs from various potential targets
  • Lead the input of regional leads and actions into our CRM Salesforce
  • Build and deliver targeted sales presentations to communicate the value of Vicwest products and services
  • Identify new product opportunities in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Represent Vicwest at relevant industry trade shows and events
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide customers with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

Qualifications:

Qualifications:


  • College or university degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution business, preferably in building materials
  • Experience with CRM tools and processes (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
