We are looking for a highly performing
Warehouse Sales Development Manager who will perform a key role by increasing revenue and directing sales for continued company growth.


The
Warehouse Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, forging key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business initiatives by setting warehouse sales targets and marketing goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers to generate leads and create targets and sales to meet or exceed
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support doubledigit growth.
  • Responsible for increasing warehouse business through new and existing customer growth, retention, and scalability.
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area by increasing business with new and existing customers, ensuring category development and overall customer profitability.
  • Identify problems and build solutions that solve issues for potential customer's opportunities and needs.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin and increase sales process.
  • Manage daily plans to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.
  • Provide support for all logistic requirements when necessary.
  • Responsible for daily coordination and communication with warehouses, carriers, customer care and Sales Support.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and progress toward growth goals.

Requirements:


  • 13 years of work experience in a warehousing environment with exposure to supply chain and logistics.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma an asset.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, works well under pressure.
  • Adaptable to change, strong interpersonal sales skills.
  • Detail oriented and a keen learner, with drive and ambition.
  • Complete understanding of the 3PL industry, including pricing, business development, and fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to present ideas and processes to grow the company and manage multiple priorities, projects, and customers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
