is now hiring for an Accounting Assistant
to support Accounts Payable
transactions. This is an exciting time to join our Accounting Team** in (Wilmington, MA, Willmar, MN, or Pickering, ON). If you are someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be a part of transforming our services - we would like to hear from you


What You Will Do

  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Challenge current processes and contribute to transformative changes
  • Operate proficiently in multiple accounting systems
  • Validate invoice information
  • Resolve vendor inquiries (research and produce accurate and timely support)
  • Work closely and develop relationships with KSS business partners and suppliers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Professional experience working in a finance or accounting related role
  • Ability to manage a large volume of data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience collaborating within a team setting
  • Microsoft Office or Office 365 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in accounts payable or accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Visibility ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills that include pivot tables, formulas, large data sets, and formatting
  • Experience implementing automation solutions
