Summary

We are currently seeking a Full Time Corporate HR Coop to join our team.

As a member of the Corporate Human Resources Team, the Corporate HR Co-op will play an integral role in managing company initiatives and assist the HR team with providing HR support to the company.

The Corporate HR Co-op will collaborate with the Canadian and US HR teams to coordinate and communicate HR initiatives, document HR best practices and processes, and assist the Corporate HR Team where needed.


When you join us, you will:

  • Work with the HR team to understand and document HR best practices and processes.
  • Assist the Corporate HR Team with administrative HR tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, databases and files;
  • Assisting in onboarding employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinates recognition and social activities and other events designed to increase interaction with employees.
  • Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Working towards a postsecondary degree or diploma in the field of Human Resources
  • 1 or more years in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Selfstarter with a "cando" attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle competing priorities and adopt a fastpaced, everchanging work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Work Schedule:
Hours of work will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
