Sales Coordinator Role
What you bring to the table:
- Have a strong sense of urgency to get tasks completed in a timely fashion
- Are a selfstarter and can work independently
- Possess customer service experience and can handle a large volume of calls
- Have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
- Have an intermediate understanding of math
- Demonstrate strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Openly welcome constructive feedback
- Have some knowledge of CRM software
- Some sales experience as well as a strong interest in moving into a sales role
Daily Requirements:
- Answer phones and take accurate detailed messages for the sales team
- Assist clients with forms and communicates to the billing department for processing
- Manage and update property files for corporate clients
- Manage contacts and input lead and customer information into the TLS database
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and any other documents the sales team may need
- Meet with clients for property showings around the GTA (you will be compensated for parking and mileage)
Salary:
$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5R 1V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
