Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage Outlook Calendar and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Organize and file documents, both physical and electronic
  • Greet visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
  • Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for greeting visitors and providing customer service
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$27.50-$31.81 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
