The Records and Materials Centres in the company house records for storage; and supplies and materials for distribution.

Within this environment, the Junior Records and Materials Clerk is responsible for most of the basic functions for maintaining this environment in an organized fashion, and for fulfilling service requests for the records and materials in the environment.

There are many tasks associated with this role, and the Clerk may be assigned on a rotational basis to any and all of these tasks; as such, they are responsible for familiarity with the entire role.


What you will do
Correspondence is sent by LOB departments to be added to files (physically or scanned).


Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Sorting incoming correspondence
  • Prepping correspondence for scanning, if applicable
  • Filing correspondence on file, if applicable
  • Ensuring all applicable systems and trackers are updated approptiately
LOB departments require access to paper files and send requests for records.


Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Following departmental procedures for validating requests and pulling file as needed
  • Prepping file for scanning, or for mail delivery as required
  • Refiling returned files as required
  • Ensuring all applicable systems and trackers are updated appropriately

What you will bring

  • Accuracy (especially under deadlines)
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, and ability to use SAP, digital scanners, etc
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces, bend, reach, grasp, lift up to 50lbs, crouch, and walk for long periods
