Mandate:


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service activities related to customs services is considered an asset
  • College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or a related field is considered an asset
  • Experience in Cargo Wise One and Salesforce system is considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office is required

Other responsibilities:


  • Arrange for the final delivery of imported goods as requested by clients.
  • Process payment of vendor invoices for the release of cargo.
  • Track the arrival and release of cargo through logistics software.
  • Perform accounting and reconciling of costs associated with these services.
  • Work with clients to resolve issues and find timely solutions.
  • Assist other teams with their accounting, delivery, and payment functions as required.
