Role:
Part-Time Full - Time Programming Instructor

Qualifications:


  • A mindset geared towards growth and adaptability.
  • Experience with kids (ages 7 and up) is a plus.
  • Students or graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Game Development/Programming/Design, Esports, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with coding languages like JavaScript, Python, or Blockbased coding.
  • A personality that brings a sense of fun and social vibe.

Responsibilities:


  • Creating a positive learning environment.
  • Participation in our inhouse training for curriculum understanding.
  • Planning and adapting weekly curriculum activities.
  • Guiding and assisting children with their coding activities.
  • Assessing and documenting children's progress.
  • Ensuring a safe and positive space for learning.
  • Providing feedback to parents on children's progress.
  • Following daily opening/closing incentre duties.
  • Keeping track of children's progress in the system.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and disinfection to meet standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal


Salary:
$18.00 per hour


Expected hours:
per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
