Responsibilities:

Capture highquality photos and videos of properties to showcase their best features.
Utilize photography skills to enhance property visuals and appeal.
Develop engaging property tours and promotional content.
Implement effective digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, to promote properties.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong photography skills and experience in real estate photography.
Proficient in video editing software(Lr).
Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and social media advertising platforms.
Possess a valid driver's license and own car.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in real estate or related field is an asset.
