We are looking for
Service Appointment Coordinator who can offer a service that exceeds customer expectations for our
BMW dealership.

General Responsibilities:

Schedule service appointments via phone or internet;
Respond to customer needs and assist Service Advisors in communicating vehicle problems;
Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments;
Assist in answering service phones; maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required;
