Do you have experience with processing One Call tickets? If so, we are currently looking for a Damage Prevention Analyst who is responsible to contact the Ontario One Call system in Eastern Region and work with the One Call centre, contractors, and Enbridge staff to protect Enbridge facilities from damage by contractors/excavators, landowners, business and other parties by the timely processing and triaging of One Call tickets.

What you will do:

Using the IRTH program receives and reviews One Call requests from Ontario One Call for all station codes in Ontario.
Sends out office Clears and coordinates Site Meetings for Line Crossing Technicians.
Primary contact for Ontario One Call for Emergency and Priority 0 locate requests.
Main contact for all locate concerns from landowners, contractors, excavators, locate service providers, Pipeline Maintenance crews etc.
Conducts site meets for large scale projects and assists with Approved Crossing's.
Potential to cover for Line Crossing Tech's in the field and Supervisor administrative duties when applicable/needed.
Provides any necessary supporting information to Line Crossing Tech's that may assist with their field locating, Approved Crossings, and 3rd Party Standby's associated with one call tickets.
Provide general program support to the Supervisor & Liquid Pipelines Damage Prevention.

Who you are:

Related University degree and limited previous experience OR four plus years of previous related experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
One Call ticket management programs and systems knowledge.
Field related experience is an asset.
Experience interacting with Regulators and One Call Centers.
Experience with screening or submitting One Call tickets.

Working Conditions:

Office 70%
Field 30%
Travel % within the Ontario region.
