PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
Assist in food inventory and control
Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
Handling cash and initiating end of day cash procedures
Handling high volume of phone calls
Speaking to customers and in a friendly manner
Communicating with others to facilitate an efficient service
Bringing a positive, cooperative and inquisitive attitude to the team
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Qualifications

1 year experience in a fastpaced restaurant is an asset
Phone experience an asset
Experience in customer service and/or hospitality
Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure Able to stand for entirety of shift
Personable and genuine care for customer satisfaction
