SEEKING DRIVEN VIRTUAL RECRUITERS WHO CAN THRIVE IN A COMMISSION ENVIRONMENT

Forge Performance Group is a boutique style HR Services company committed to delivering outstanding results to the clients we serve.

We are currently looking for a virtual recruiter who has experience in recruiting, understands the nuances of this business, who is entrepreneurial, able to maximize results, stand on their own feet and work on
a full commission basis.

There is no cost to you other than your high speed internet connectivity, a fast computer and current cell phone with data.

We supply everything else, that is everything you need to be operational in the recruiting business.

Forge Performance Group provides our recruiting partners with the tools, methodologies and the environment enabling them to maximize commission income and quality of work life.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and teambased project experience.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, in a deadline driven environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Must be resultsdriven, able to work on multiple tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to write job descriptions.

Legally eligible to work in Canada
