We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic
Billing Clerk to join our Manifest Department.

Providing accurate transfer of information from waybills, electronic trailer assignment and dispatch of outbound shipments through our Transportation Management System.

Requirements:

High School diploma; courses in Business Administration or related field, with two (2) years' experience in an administration role; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Freight Industry experience preferred
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred
Intermediate level use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia
Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
