JOB SUMMARY


The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the continued development of existing and new customer accounts aligned with meeting our company's goals and objectives.

The position will support the PPC Mission Well Service segment of our business within Intervention and Stimulation Equipment.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service both internal and external customer accounts.
  • Position will be responsible for sales and quotes for two locations
  • Provide order estimates, enter customer purchase orders, and follow them through the invoicing process.
  • Issue Purchase Orders for products needed for outstanding customer orders
  • Manage open orders and notify customers of any delivery schedule changes.
  • Setup new customers and establish credit terms as needed.
  • Provide solutions to assist in meeting customer requirements.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become very familiar with Mission Well Service product lines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma and/or equivalent
  • Experience in Inside Sales a plus
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office
  • Excel and Word)
  • Oracle Cloud ERP experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of relevant oil and gas products preferred
  • Positive attitude, serviceoriented, selfmotivated and willing to receive direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain a professional manner and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers as required
  • May include travel to other NOV and/or customer locations as required to support our Mission Well Service Product lines
  • Ability to operate a Forklift

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • ERP based skills
  • Oracle Cloud preferred, but not necessary
