We are actively seeking enthusiastic and skilled
Bilingual Customer Service Professionals to join our dynamic team.

As a key contributor, you will engage with customers in both
English and French, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both written and spoken
    English and French:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

$21.00-$23.00 per year
