We are actively seeking enthusiastic and skilledBilingual Customer Service Professionals to join our dynamic team.
As a key contributor, you will engage with customers in both
English and French, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and spoken
English and French: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
