Essential Job Duties:
As an expert in Agile development, mentor and guide the squad on daily agile activities

Manage end-to-end development and deployment process by working with leadership and the product owner

Execute scrum meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Manage scrum project via JIRA and GitHub/ZenHub and report consistently on team velocity while resolving any impediments

Assist in release planning and documentation and drive the cross-team communication on dependencies

Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job)

5+ years of experience as a scrum master managing a software development squad of 5 to 10 members in an Agile/Scrum environment

Strong understanding of agile concepts, methodologies, and practices

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Scrum master certification is preferred

Experience working in a cloud development project with familiarity in cloud technologies

Experience working in a regulated environment, especially healthcare

Education and Certification Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline Work Environment
