Summary

The associate at this level is expected, with direct supervision, to perform specified tests using various equipment under a controlled test protocol by performing the following duties:


Responsibilities:


  • Conducts routine tests of new components, assemblies and systems based on our test procedures.
  • Utilizes test equipment such as a shadowgraph and a tensile machine to perform reliability testing.
  • Experience using operating tools from tool kits and equipment such as hand drills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in order to create records of test results.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Working within a team to ensure project schedules are met.


  • Microsoft Office

  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • LabView Software.
Additional Experience & Certifications

  • Basic testing experience; tests electromechanical components, parts and systems with supervisory technical oversight.
  • Basic team player skills; able to work well with others and support internal/external customer needs.
  • An understanding of basic trouble shooting, problem solving and testing procedures.
  • Ability to handle basic issues and problems and referring more complex issues to higher
- level staff.

  • Accountability for maintaining a high level of integrity on all work performed.
  • Builds good crossfunctional relationships within a team environment.
