Summary

The associate at this level is expected, with direct supervision, to perform specified tests using various equipment under a controlled test protocol by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Conducts routine tests of new components, assemblies and systems based on our test procedures.
Utilizes test equipment such as a shadowgraph and a tensile machine to perform reliability testing.
Experience using operating tools from tool kits and equipment such as hand drills.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in order to create records of test results.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Working within a team to ensure project schedules are met.

Microsoft Office

Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
LabView Software.

Additional Experience & Certifications

Basic testing experience; tests electromechanical components, parts and systems with supervisory technical oversight.
Basic team player skills; able to work well with others and support internal/external customer needs.
An understanding of basic trouble shooting, problem solving and testing procedures.
Ability to handle basic issues and problems and referring more complex issues to higher

- level staff.

Accountability for maintaining a high level of integrity on all work performed.
Builds good crossfunctional relationships within a team environment.
