Summary:

You will be reporting to the Manager, Service Midale and the following are the primary responsibilities for the role.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Handling all service request calls from customers for Valve and Actuation service.
  • Advising customers on proper requirements for servicing products.
  • Assisting customers with determining service levels and scope of work
  • Interfacing with Sales group for customer support
  • Quoting, entering, and fulfilling orders for customers on repairs and service
  • Placing orders on our factory vendors
  • Basic and long delivery expediting
  • Data entry and tracking
  • Repair status updates and reports
  • Booking field service work
  • Reviewing field service requirements (e.g., travel, safety, accommodation)
  • General Reporting

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma
  • Post-Secondary education would be an asset
  • Industrial experience would be an asset
  • Previous industrial service experience would be seen as a benefit
  • SAP experience would be an asset
  • Comprehensive computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Good decision making and multitasking skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
