Role Overview:
The Business Analytics team within Fidelity Canada ULC's finance department supports various business units and the senior executive team at fulfilling advanced analytical and reporting requirements.
In collaboration with IT, the team works with internal clients on augmenting analytics into their operations as well as identifying and communicating significant business trends.
The Analyst, Advanced Analytics role plans, designs, develops, and deploys reporting and analytics throughout the organization, while objectively evaluating the effectiveness of various sales and marketing activities using appropriate data mining techniques.
What You Will Do:
Marketing, events, sales campaign analysis (AB tests, Pre vs. Post) Support sales and marketing targeted campaigns Participate in customer level analytical/research projects Research and Prototype advanced statistical/AI models Complete adhoc requests for analysis, data extraction and information gathering R&D new analytical tools and techniques Augment periodic management reporting Works with tech groups to identify and resolve any data, environment, or implementation issues What We're Looking For:
- Completion of University degree (Business, Analytics, Math/Statistics or Computer Science related) or equivalent work experience
