We're currently looking for a
part-time, in-person bookkeeper or assistant bookkeeper to be responsible for all finance procedures of our students.
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Collection of student payments and follow-up with delinquent accounts
- Keeping financial records of all students in good order.
- Processing payment of commissions to partner admission agents.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
The position requires a dynamic individual with experience in career college student finances who can fit in with our mission of helping students from around the world achieve their professional goals through education abroad.
The position requires the following:
- Fully proficient in the use of Office Suite
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Knowledge of "Campus Login" admin platform
Job Types:
Part Time (20 hours per week), Permanent
