- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements
- Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and changes
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Customer serviceoriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
- Administrative proficiency for handling paperwork and documentation
- Knowledge of the local market and real estate laws/regulations
Salary:
$49,441.57-$191,957.94 per year
