Purpos

e:

Being accountable on the Supply Chain Maturity roadmap of Regions or Domains on four main missions
Referee for Processes & Tools compliance to deploy digital transformation to Regions, cluster & sites
Lead the Performance management and animate Regional Management teams ensuring accurate KPIs and appropriate actions plans
Provide initiatives & simplifications to enhance processes improving the Procurement efficiency
Lead APSYS Supply Chain assessment preparation to ensure appropriate level of maturity

Responsibilities:

SUPPORT TO OPERATIONS

Assist the Supply Chain leadership teams to increase the performance, reduce cost function and submit organizational improvements
Participate to the Local Supply Chain management meeting & Dashboard
Support the Regional, Cluster and sites Supply Chain in delivering the performance. Based on KPIs availability lead the routines, and implement appropriate data analysis or action plan to ensure
Make sure that local Supply Chain Performance needs are covered and addressed to the Regional Business Process Expert, Business Process Owner or System Master Expert.
Contribute strongly to the Supply Chain Transformation & Efficiency simplification plan deploying common standard Way of Working (WoW)
Ensure that standard processes are known and applied in his area through regular communications, surveys and Return Of Experience (REX)
In charge of new process deployment in his area, as well as standard management routines
Edit and present the Monthly Supply Chain Dashboard and follow the associated actions plan

Supply Chain PERFORMANCE

Formalize proposals to the Business Process Owner (BPO), expert team, Process Office and Maturity relative to new Business Requirements coming
Contribute and lead the Change Management in Regions, Cluster and sites for topics related to Method & Tools
Interact with the BPO & Subject Matter Expert (i

SAP GSI, ARIBA, FIORI ) whenever necessary
