Schedule:
Midnights, 11:00pm - 7:00am

Overview of the Role

Under the responsibility of your Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing production and packaging
Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. quality, food safety and health and safety standards.
Other duties as assigned

How you will make contributions that matter:

Sanitation of all parts, equipment and department as per standard operating procedures
Completion of all documentation (HACCP forms, sign in/outs & offs, make sheets etc.)
Ensure correct batch numbers are used with all products
A high commitment level and a team player who works well with everyone
Can easily assume additional responsibility as required
Assigning duties to staff (Cleaning, covering breaks, assorted other duties)
Quick at assessing the facts and making a sound decision
Working with other departments as needed (Yogurt, Cheese, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse)
Train new employees in equipment lines, Health & Safety and Food safety matters.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and record keeping with the ability to adapt to changing environments quickly and easily
Sound communication and interpersonal skills: demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
Must be selfmotivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work independently
Ability to motivate and encourage employee to be team players and execute their tasks.
