Description

Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
  • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets
  • Scan physical documents into the system
  • File and organize documents and records
  • Perform order entry tasks as needed
  • Assist with data collection and research projects
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Experience:


  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for accurate data entry
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Please note that this is an on-site job, as it requires the resource to be in-person to collect and organize documents on a regular basis
