This iconic and emblematic hotel in Montreal was completely renovated in 2021, with 36 floors, 614 rooms, 13 suites, 25 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 1000 customers.

Your mission is to welcome and guide customers, as well as inform them about the products and services offered in the establishment.

As a host/hostess, your responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests warmly and personally;
Managing dining room reservations;
Assigning tables to guests;
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining room service areas;
Handing out menus to customers and ensuring prompt service;
Assisting with service during peak periods, if necessary;
Respecting hygiene and cleanliness standards and procedures.

Salary:

The salary is $23.23/hour and comes with social benefits and preferred rates in all hotels owned by the Tidan Group.

Required Profile:

Welcoming guests warmly and personally;
Taking and confirming guest reservations;
Assigning tables to guests;
Respecting hygiene and cleanliness standards and procedures;
Following Marriott and company standards;
Having sales and customer service skills;
Demonstrating professional attitudes and behaviors such as good memory, verbal communication skills, stress tolerance, physiognomy, etc.;
Having knowledge of the immediate area and tourist points of interest;
Having knowledge of the OpenTable system.
