Job Description:
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Successfully coordinate direct all food and customer service
- Ensure high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards
- Prepare meals following standardized recipes
- Work within a set budget to reduce waste, improve production, safety and sanitation in food service
- Plan menus, estimate quantities and ensure proper procurement
- Oversee a team and provide ongoing training.
- Responsible for completing all HACCP related documents provided by management
- Know and practice all relevant department and facility policies and procedures including health and safety programs
Qualifications:
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Experienced cook
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Red Seal is an asset
