Job Description:

How You'll Make an Impact:

Successfully coordinate direct all food and customer service
Ensure high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards
Prepare meals following standardized recipes
Work within a set budget to reduce waste, improve production, safety and sanitation in food service
Plan menus, estimate quantities and ensure proper procurement
Oversee a team and provide ongoing training.
Responsible for completing all HACCP related documents provided by management
Know and practice all relevant department and facility policies and procedures including health and safety programs

Qualifications:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
Experienced cook
Strong time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Red Seal is an asset
