Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman/journeywoman plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts
- Assist in the assembly and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, thread, and weld pipes
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut pipes accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- No prior experience required; apprenticeship program will provide onthejob training
- Basic knowledge of plumbing principles is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is beneficial
Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Basic understanding of math concepts for measuring and cutting pipes accurately
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
