AIRPORT SECURITY OFFICER:
On-Call (Kelowna, BC)**
Shift Times:On-Call/Casual Backup - Days, Evenings and Overnights

This is a casual position. We cannot guarantee any shifts or hours and you will be called to work "as required". You must be available to work days, evenings and overnights.

Are you interested in airport security and would like to become an integral part of the safety and security team, help passengers and airport staff with navigating the airport, access control and other security needs.

Must Haves:

Valid BC Security Worker's License:

Class 5 Drivers license and a clean drivers abstract:

-
Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be using a radio and writing reports
:

Advanced to Intermediate Computer skills.
Excellent problem solving skills
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and complete foot patrols both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
A resident of Canada for 5 or more years due to eligibility for security clearance requirements.

Your Nice-To-Haves:

Bylaw Certificate
Radio Experience
OFA (Occupational First Aid) Level 1
