Summary of Position


As the Print Training & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive, hands-on training at our store locations across Ontario.

Working closely with Associates of The UPS Store, you will play a key role in enhancing Digital Print and Print Finishing capabilities.


Reporting to the Manager of Print Operations & Training you will be required to learn and develop a deep understanding of the technologies and techniques employed by The UPS Store to deliver an exceptional print training experience.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver hands on Print and Print Finishing Training to Associates of The UPS Store.
  • Develop materials to be used in person and online.
  • Work closely with our partners to learn about new technologies and features.
  • Work closely with Operations to develop detailed training plans and schedules.
  • Update training materials and methodologies on a regular basis based on Associate requirements and new product introductions.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training through assessments and performance.
  • Participate in regular networking events.
  • Provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a product trainer or in similar role.
  • Must have vehicle and active Drivers License
  • Graphic Design Experience.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Able to present to large groups both in person and virtually.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Digital Printing and Finishing is preferred but not required.

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year
