Roles and Responsibilities

Co-Ordinate, schedule and dispatch drivers according to customer requirements

Monitor Driver routes to ensure timely delivery of freight.

Act as a liaison between company drivers and customers

Communicates with drivers to ensure smooth delivery of freight in a timely manner.


Ensure drivers have all the necessary paperwork in order before dispatching to client sites, including alternate routes or special instructions for delivery.

Experience with Cross-Border Freight, Customs Brokers and all paperwork associated with this type of business.


Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in LTL/TL Dispatching role within Transportation Logistics Industry.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong Customer Service skills

Able to work independently or as a team

Experience with Dispatch Software
